• Remote Sensing & Monitoring Telemetry.
• Metering Measurement
• Remote Anti-Bugler & Robbery Control and Command System.
• Real Time Satellite Navigation Location Tracking System.
It is designed with the most advance GPS Satellite System encrypted Data tracking & Monitoring System. It is equip and capable to track under tunnel (*Optional).
(2) IPTV SETUP BOX: It is a next generation Home Internet TV Setup Box for DVB-Cable / Satellite /Terrestrials Data storage full feature of MPEG-4, HDMI and HD with multi-broadcast video streaming recording HDD 160GB (*Optional) that operating in Linux which has Video Chat, VoIP, VOD standard features.

Mutual agreement, Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU-JV) on Joint Venture
manufacture and distribution of Christel newly developing Cellular
Net-Book PC for India market. This MOU-JV open for Simmtronics to
manufacture and distribution of other OEM/ODM product developed by
Christel.
16th June 2009 : Cellular Net-Book PC - Christel Innovation Pte Ltd., has announced to all ODM and OEM customer that Christel Group has venture into Cellular Net-Book PC Design, Manufacturing and Distribution in collaboration with Advance Micro Devices Inc., (hereby known as "AMD"). This collaboration of using AMD™ Sempron™ 200U/210U Processor 1.0GHz /1.5GHz 1.0GB RAM as a main core to integrate Embedded 3.5G HSDPA Modem as a Cellular Net-Book suitable for high speed Gaming and Internet surfing purpose. The expected 1st Cellular Net-Book PC power with Linux O/S, and optional with Microsoft XP/Vista comes with 10.2" LCD 1024*600 pixels color resolution with built-in IEEE802.11 a/b/g and 1.3Mpixels Camera means for Video Gaming and Video Conferencing targeting at Asia market such as China, and India, Middle East, Europe and USA market immediate to Christel present OEM/ODM customer base. Christel gathered and expected this upcoming collaboration able to bring in immediate business opportunity of USD100,000,000.00 Sales Revenue within the next 2 to 3 years growth.

20th May 2009 : 3G MOU
- Christel Innovation Pte
Ltd., has signed Memorandum of Understanding and Agreement with
Shenzhen SingLing Technology Co., Ltd., (hereby known as "SingLing") on
20th May 2009 to form a strategic Non-exclusive Distribution Partner in
distributing Christel developed 3.5G (WCDMA) Modem, Cellphone and other
Christel 3.5G (WCDMA) related application devices targeting at China
market. "SingLing" to engage Christel to develop and customisation
model for Carrier in China. Shenzhen SingLing Technology Co., Ltd has
initial 1st year forecast revenue of USD147Millions, and subsequent
increase to USD400Millions sales within the next 3 years.
Christel Innovation Pte Ltd., has position to launch similar 3.5G product platform for Europe, USA, India and Middle East market before Christmas. Christel has started initial negotiation with individual TELCO and Distribution Channel Partner and expected to form a formal MOU and Agreement by End-June 2009. The success of these negotiation expected to bring Christel into leap frog Business revenue for the next 2 years.

- Christel Group has signed Memorandum Of Understanding and Agreement from Neomeridian Group rights to use
Neomeridian proprietary WIMAX Mobile (IEEE 802.16e Standard) SoC to develop Christel
initiated WIMAX Mobile Communicator product architecture platform.
Christel has vision of an urgent need to develop WIMAX Mobile (IEEE802.16e) Communicator (Phone)Technology Architecture platform readiness to serve upcoming OEM customer in immediate future. WIMAX and GSM both technologies are Core technology knowhow of Christel in which Christel has vision both are convergent technologies. Christel readiness in WIMAX Mobile Architecture Platform given advantage to serve OEM customer in shorter time to market.
